Eighteenth century. Rome, Italy. All plated with rosewood, rich decoration of chiseled bronzes in ormoulu . Coeval working mechanism with some restorations. In the lower part a small drawer contains the key. A similar model was made by Gio. Antoniazzi , 1745.
