Important top with precious antique marbles

The console veneer in cherry wood with refined decorations in gilded bronze has a shaped top inlaid with neoclassical motifs with antique marbles such as in the central part a frame in jasper of Sicily . The white of Carrara that frames each inlay, supports the floor and defines the shaped frame.Other marbles such as antique yellow, castric black porphyry, red granite, lapis lazuli, yellow Siena, all forming an elegant ecolorato mosaic, with a small bird in the centre, leaning on a branch.

It is an important example of a console from the end of the eighteenth century in Italy, Rome or Lucca, as the console with its light gilded bronzes and cherry plating might make you think.
